Anytime, anywhere remote testing of candidates

The web-based Platform provides flexibility for when and where candidates can take the assessment tests from. The tests can be taken online by candidates in a secure manner within the platform itself from any location. This allows HR managers to easily access candidates who maybe in different locations and time zones. This also saves time and effort on behalf of both the HR manager and the candidate, which would have otherwise been spent in traveling, co-ordinating schedules, finding a specific physical location for administering the test etc. 

 

End-to-end assessment management

The Platform allows HR managers to set up and manage candidate screening, recruitment and/ or employee assessment projects on an end-to-end basis. Using the platform, in one place, they can create multiple projects, onboard candidates to each project, select test packages to be administered, initiate the testing process, monitor assessment completion (including sending reminders etc.), and review scores. This makes the assessment process both efficient and effective to run, reducing pain points as well as saving time and effort for the HR manager. 

 

Easy to use (plug and play)

The web-based platform can be used on a plug-and-play basis. Organizations can directly register, purchase packages, make payments and start using the platform from the Asentaa website itself – without any need for downloading any application or having to go through multiple disjointed steps to start using the platform. 

 
Versatile and scalable – can be used across multiple projects

The platform is versatile. Clients can set up multiple projects at the same time – e.g. multiple screening, recruitment or assessment projects in the same divisions, across multiple divisions in the organization, across multiple organizations (e.g. for HR Recruitment firms working with multiple clients). The platform also is scalable – and can handle projects involving assessment of multiple thousands of candidates – aided by simple tools like ability to bulk onboard candidates etc.  

 

Rich dashboards and analytics

Clients also have access to dashboards and related analytics, which allows them to seamlessly run and monitor their assessment projects.  

 

Pay per use, self-serve model 

The pricing model is straightforward – and allows for different levels of use. For smaller sized firms, with fewer recruitment projects, customers can easily avail of a simple pay-per-use self-serve option. 

On the other hand, larger organizations involving multiple projects with higher number of candidates – specific customized packages and pricing can be provided tailored to the organization’s needs.  

 

Secure

Special attention has been paid to keeping the platform secure. Candidate testing is monitored in a secure manner to ensure the sanctity of the testing process. Customer and candidate data are also protected in line with data security and privacy requirements.

Proven Testing and Scoring Methodology

We have a proven, science-backed assessment testing and scoring methodology. Firstly, our test packages are designed to cover the core areas of cognitive ability that are high predictors of success – analytical proficiency, lateral thinking, strategic reasoning and communication ability. Each of the assessment tests include questions of varying degrees of difficulty.  

 

A proprietary stanine-based scoring methodology is applied to the responses provided by each candidate, which compares performance of the candidate with the anonymized data of all the candidates assessed across organizations to give a true picture of the candidate’s scores. We also use a learning algorithm that continuously updates the scoring model, as it incorporates additional assessment data. 

 

This testing and scoring methodology are highly predictive of on the job success – ensuring that you organization has the opportunity to select the best fit talent for the role. Based on an analysis of over 1,000 candidates, 97% of candidates selected through this assessment process for recruitment and/ or promotion within their organizations performed successfully in their jobs (based on performance feedback post 12 months of starting in their new job/ role).
