Our Story

Derived from the Finnish word meaning “to assemble or induct,” Asentaa embodies the seamless integration of candidates into the right roles within an organization. Unlike traditional assessment testing, Asentaa leverages a unique, science-backed approach that combines cognitive abilities with the principles of pure sciences. This proprietary method is designed to accurately assess the intrinsic strengths of candidates, ensuring they are matched to positions where they can truly excel.

At Asentaa, we believe that every individual has unique potential, and our testing methodologies are crafted to uncover and harness that potential. Our process is not just about filling a role — it’s about installing the perfect fit, reducing the margin for error, and boosting long-term success for both companies and candidates. The Platform is based on proven methodology, where over 97% of the candidates who we have assessed and placed show positive performance within their organizations.

In a world of ever-evolving workplaces, we help employers ‘induct’ and ‘assemble’ highly successful teams.
