Building a High-Performance Consulting Team in the Philippines

A technology consulting client, one of Europe’s largest IT consulting firms, was setting up its first delivery center outside Europe in the Philippines. The mandate involved hiring approximately 50 consultants with 2–10 years of experience in SAP IT project delivery. The hiring cycle was highly demanding, with a target completion of just four weeks. The regional headquarters in Singapore had only recently been established, adding to the complexity of the project. The Asentaa assessment tool was utilized to support the final shortlisting and selection process.
